Cancellation and Adjournment Fees
For Labour and Employment Mediations or Arbitrations

If notice of cancellation or adjournment is received 7 calendar days prior 
to the scheduled mediation session or arbitration hearing, there will be a two hour administration fee and any incurred expenses, such as hotel cancellation fees or air flight cancellation fees.

All cancellation or adjournment fees will be invoiced to the parties at $175.00 per hour plus any applicable taxes.

All other cancellations or adjournments will receive an invoice reflecting a full day session or hearing and any incurred expenses, such as hotel and flight cancellation fees.
